If the item or items you order are out of stock we will email you straight away and let you know when it will be back in, if it’s ok to wait we will get it in and despatch the items as soon as possible, if you don’t want to wait we will refund you in full by the method that you paid with.

Give us a call we don’t bite. ? while I don’t want your life story at 10pm I’m pretty open to talking about bikes and suspension while I’m at work and a little later into the evening, so feel free to ring email or text with whatever you want really.

Paypal – Please do note that you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment using this method, you can pay via your Credit or Debit card.
Cash on collection.
Smaller items will be sent by signed for postage. Bigger or more expensive items will be sent by carrier.
We charge a flat rate of £7.50 per delivery.
If you’re not happy with your goods to send them back for a refund, the items need to be in their original packaging. If they are used give us a call and we can try to come to some arrangement.
