Example on a rock shox reverb

Strip down

Chemical clean where appropriate

Replacement of o rings foam rings bushes and circlip

Replacement of brass keys ,hose fixings and bleed screw

Replacement of cap air valve and wiper seals

Replace the oil

Bleed the hydraulic system

Please note that on a service the bushing and top cap are not inc in the sram full service kit and if there is to much play your post will most likely need a rebuild.

Replace the dust seals

Replace the oil seals and foam ring

Replacement bushes and slide keys

Polish the Stanchion and lubricate with quality suspension grease

We can also replace the hydraulic unit at extra cost
